Support
Again? support can help with public recommendation-card reports or revocation, abusive-account blocks, receipt scanning, Premium email forwarding, opt-in receipt notifications, encrypted Circle sync, account deletion, privacy requests, and forwarded-receipt routing problems. Support cannot decrypt Circle review content or recover a lost Circle key.

Circle Safety
In the app, open a shared review and choose Report Shared Review, or open Settings > Members to report or block a member. Reports include only the selected category, an optional note you write, and opaque account or record identifiers; the encrypted review is not sent to support.
Blocking immediately separates the two accounts from that Circle. If the owner blocks a member, that member is removed and the owner must rotate the Circle key. If another member blocks someone, the blocker leaves the Circle. Account blocks also prevent the two accounts from joining a Circle together again.
Public Recommendation Safety
Public recommendation cards are parent-authorized, unlisted, and separate from encrypted Circle content. Use Report on the public card for prohibited content. An authenticated report also blocks the publisher. Card owners can revoke a card from Again? at any time; its public image is removed immediately and its structured snapshot is scrubbed.
Safety reports are reviewed as promptly as possible. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for an app response.
